Original link to download: XDA In my opinion, this is the best over-all Android file explorer which has been extracted from the MIUI ROM. You can have root access to your system apps, SD card files, dropbox account, FTP network server and best of all is UI with the graph. It is free and it works with Android version 2.2+. All credit goes to the MIUI developers for creating this app and apooonet for porting it over to us.
